Get remote help with RustDesk

If we’re working on an issue together, download RustDesk, open it, and read us your ID and one-time password. You stay in control and can end the session at any time. No account needed.

Windows

For Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Just download and open it, no install required.

RustDesk is free, open-source remote desktop software. Only share your ID and password with us while we’re on the phone or email with you.

Installing our agent lets us support, update, and maintain your computer remotely, without an on-site visit.

Windows

For Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server. Installer package (.msi), about 7 MB.

Download for Windows

Only install the agent if Durable Network Systems asked you to. It lets us provide remote support and maintenance for your computer with your permission. It needs outbound internet access on port 443 (HTTPS). If you’re not sure, call us at 253-261-6245 first.

How to install

Windows

  1. Click Download for Windows.
  2. Open action1_agent(Durable_Network_Systems).msi from your Downloads folder.
  3. When Windows asks to allow the app to make changes, click Yes. The install finishes on its own.

macOS

  1. Click Download for macOS.
  2. Double-click action1_agent(Durable_Network_Systems).pkg in your Downloads folder and follow the installer. Enter your Mac password when asked.
  3. If macOS says it can’t verify the package, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway, then run the installer again.

Linux

  1. Download the .deb or .rpm package above.
  2. Ubuntu / Debian: cd ~/Downloads && sudo apt install "./action1_agent(Durable_Network_Systems).deb"
  3. RHEL / Fedora: cd ~/Downloads && sudo dnf install "./action1_agent(Durable_Network_Systems).rpm"

Once it’s installed, call or email us so we can confirm your computer is connected.
